Brian T. Burke  

After practicing law for over 3 years at George, Morris & Capehart, PLLC and 11 years at Dossey & Burke, PLC, Brian Burke started a solo law practice in Bentonville in May of 2010 with the goal of providing focused and practical legal services.

Brian is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts, as well as the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  Brian has significant experience in the areas of domestic relations (divorce, custody, child support, etc.), business and commercial litigation, business planning and formation, real estate transactions and litigation, personal injury, criminal law, and a variety of other areas.


Brian is a second-generation native of Bentonville, Arkansas.  He graduated from Bentonville High School in 1989, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas in 1993, and received his juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1996.  Brian's practice has always been located in Bentonville.
